Welcome to my portfolio! This page showcases my previous work, so you can get an idea of BTM Interiors.
Exterior elevations done in the software AutoCAD. This three story home was a big project. The client wanted dimensioned floorplans for each floor, furniture floorplans for every room and exterior elevations of the entire home.
Various floorplans and elevations done in software AutoCAD.
This commercial based project the client had the room dimensions and how many of each room they needed to fit in the existing floorplan. Working with building codes and space planning to find the ideal layout for this pediatric office was so fun! The client also had suggestions of where they wanted rooms placed i.e. bathrooms near exam rooms, lunch rooms near the nursing station. Starting with a bubble diagram - the bubbles being the correct size needed for each room. Rearranging the bubbles to see what worked and what did not, we came up with this floorplan.
These projects were hand drafted before putting into AutoCAD. I find a quick sketch of a space before putting all the details into AutoCAD can be very beneficial.
Perspective drawings done in the software AutoCAD. Inputting every detail in that is needed, then turning them into hand drawn perspective renderings for the client to imagine the space better. A different form of 3D rendering that can be beneficial for the client to visualize.
Inputted the hand drawn version of the AutoCAD perspective rendering into Photoshop, then added textures from the mood board that I sourced prior to making the rendering. So now the client has a mood board + sourcing list, an AutoCAD 3D render, a hand drawn perspective render and a photoshopped texturized render.
Three mood boards with three different curated designs. They are all based off of the color wheel as the client wanted BTM Interiors to take control in the design concept so the client could get ideas of what to put in there bedroom.
Analogous Color Scheme This color scheme implements colors on the color wheel that are close in relationship to one another.
Working with blue-violet, violet, and red-violet creating a charismatic design, elegant yet classy and simple. The bold purple dominating the design but having accents of blues and slight pink/reds to tone it down.
Monochromatic Color Scheme
Refers to a color scheme that is different variations of one color.
Different shades of neutrals; tans, beiges, whites, browns, greys creating a simple monotone design. Accents in different textures of the throw pillows, lamps and rugs.
Triad Color Scheme
Refers to a color scheme that is a variant of the split-complementary color scheme, with equal distance between all colors. All three colors are distributed evenly around the color wheel, causing no clear dominance of one color.
Pastel orange, greens and purples creates a triad color scheme then mixing them with deep blacks creating a fun whimsical bedroom.
Kitchen designed for client who wanted to source all cabinetry from Ikea. Starting with a mood board and sourcing all of there products using Ikea and home depot. Then started curating the design in 2020. Starting with the dimensioned floorplan, then implementing the textures to create a 3D rendering.
Client wanted dual toned kitchen cabinetry, an island and a small pop of color! Natural and airy, mixing white and wood cabinetry that blend well with the rest of there interior color scheme. Then adding pops of color from the bold backsplash, dark green wall paint and contrasting black countertop. Finishing this design with lovely natural wood beams and brushed stainless steel appliances.
Clients wanted natural off whites mixing with natural wood tones staying with the traditional Georgian style like the rest of there home. Mixing two toned countertops, a lovely grey quartz stone and high gloss wood looking dolomite on the island. Stone flooring and bold shaped backsplash really brining the traditional design to life. Integrated appliances and secret pantry. Bold but delicate moldings on the cabinetry and glass finishes creating this traditional Georgian design.
2020 Bold Green Kitchen
